All-Copper Absorber Plate

1. The absorber is made of the sun-strips welded by Self-melt welding process and high quality no-oxygen copper headers and do not need the conductor. With beautiful appearance and excellent characteriatics. 

2. Tested through high pressure -0.6MPa, without the danger of leakage.

3. The absorber plates with through headers, one with black chrome plating and the other uncoated, are shown (in left picture). The coating has high absorptance, power adhesion, long life and durability.

4. Common model: domestic three outlet and four outlet for system, shown in left picture.

   Specific model: U-tube with fin, shown in right picture. Or promoted common model. There are not fluid less or more in the tubes. The fluid can take the heat more quickly. 

5. Used to make solar collector with any size for your need.

★ The heat transfer is optimized by the High Frequency welding process, which creates a crystalline homogenous connection between the fin and the rise-tube. 

★ Welded by the forge self-melt process,  there are no solder so that it can be reused easily.

★ According to installed require, it can be of any size and any Geometrical shape.
