Performance of All-Copper Self-melt welded 

l The forge self-melt welded process offers the best combination of durability, strength, thermal conductivity and cost efficiency on the market.

l Since there are no solder, adhesive or mechanical joints--nothing to deteriorate with age and high temperature. The high-speed, high-frequency welding process can maintain the original strength of the hard-temper material. The corrugations on the fins provide added rigidity and strength to the fins.

l  The heat transfer is optimized by the self-welding forge weld, which creates a crystalline homogenous connection between the fin and the rise-tube. 

l  At the same time, much aluminum can be saved and the copper can be reused more easily.
