GAS HEATER ACT AS THE BACKUP. SUPPLY HOT WATER ALL DAY AND HEAT
ROOM BY FLOOR HEATER IN WINTER.
B.
SYSTEM INTRODUCE
1.
Heater:
divided body drain-back solar water heater.
2.
Collector: adopt
the all copper flat-plate collector or evacuated u-tube collector.
The size of length or width or the dimension can suit different
building roof or wall. The evacuated
u-tube collector can supply higher temperature water than flat
plate in winter.
3.
Hot water tank: choose
all stainless
steel insulated
tank without pressure.
4.
Working thoery:
Ø
The
frozen fluid
circles in the pipeline drived by pump according to the different
temperature between the collector and tank and heated by
colletor.
Ø
If
no enough sunshine, strat-up the electric heater in tank to heat
the frozen fluid till certain temperature.
Ø
The
gas boiler can also been used for backup heater instead for the
electric heater.

boiler. If no enough sunshine,
the frozen fluid
will be heated by gas till
specified temperature.
Ø
Supply
heat water for household anytime
which pumped by pressure.
Ø
When
pump stops, water drain-back from collector and keep the collector
safe.
5.
Control way:
Ø
Controller
is checking the different temperature between tank and collector.
The pump will been started if difference up to specified value. So
the heated
water is driven into tank.
Ø
If
no enough sunshine, the controller will start the electric heater
or open the gas valve driving water through gas boiler till heated
up to specified temperature.
