l  The life and performance of produces: The self-melt welded process can adopt to different tube  thickness and fin thickness according to used pressure, expected life, cost request, etc. The common special is 0.5mm tube thickness and 0.18mm fin thickness and working life is more than 30 years. General ultrasonic welded process can only applied on the thin copper tube and fin. So the collect's life and performance of bearing pressure is reduced deeply.

l  Size of produces： The self-melt welded process is an continuous and can manufacture any length sun-strip according to the installed requests and meet the beautiful and simple require. The sun-strip is not long than 2m welded by General ultrasonic welded process so it limits the design of the collector.
